(More customer reviews)I travel alot and was looking for a really nice bag. One that looks nice, feminine but would be functional and roomy.
I love the looks, really spacey inside and just the right size for taking as a carry on.
But to my dismay...after using the shoulder straps for one trip, I noticed the long straps coming detached from the bag.
I can only use the small straps from now on and carry with my hands.
I am disappointed in the long straps separating from the bag but still love the look and convenience.
