(More customer reviews)I used these to make a friend of mine a purse and as I was making it, some of the paint got scratched off of the plastic. They also will not hold through even a few layers of fabric. I only had 2 layers of pretty heavy duty fabric in between and it was hard to close. They upside is that once closed, they seemed to stay closed. If you're just going to buy these to make curtains that won't get moved around a lot or will be up high where no one can see the scratched off paint, these are a good buy.
