(More customer reviews)This machine works well for someone making an occasional batch of fresh pasta (like me). Those who are complaining about stuck dough - your dough is too wet. Knead more flour into the dough. When the dough is no longer sticky-to-the-touch, roll it through the machine. It will work like a charm.
While this machine does it's job well-enough, you may want to upgrade to a more expensive model if you make your own pasta often.
By the way, never wash this, or any pasta machine, with water. Don't worry - the bits of old pasta will flake right off when they dry up. And don't worry about germs - you will be cooking the pasta in boiling water!
I haven't had this machine long enough to tell you if it will go the distance, but it seems reasonably well-made for the price. Not super-sturdy, but good-enough for occasional use.
